Sourcing Passive Candidates (Headhunting)
Access the 88% of talent that isn’t “looking.” Only 12% of people are active candidates – the rest are passive. We go far beyond job posts and searching LinkedIn. With headhunter technology like Power Searching, and training in Boolean searches, Linen Recruiter will find candidates that are an exact match to your requisition.
Networking & Relationship Building
Recruiting is a form of sales. We build and maintain relationships with active and passive candidates, and engage them in a conversation about your opportunity to build excitement and determine if they’re a fit.
Full Desk Recruiting
We don’t outsource requisitions, and we take care of all recruiting process steps ourselves. We identify the hiring need with you, make a plan to find what/who you need, search for candidates, identify which are viable, screen, phone interview, and build a Candidate Profile that is presented to you.
Too many companies are “gatherers,” thinking that superstar candidates are going to rain down from the sky. they are not. anyone can gather resumes. but this is why companies hire “headhunters.”
